Aurélie Carreau, wine maker, oenologist and owner of the Château Mons La Graveyre welcomes you to go on a bucolic walk along the vineyard nestled between the forest, overlooking the Garonne River.

She will introduce you to her organically and biodynamically cultivated vines and the many other crops planted on the estate (downy oaks and fruit trees). Throughout the walk, as Aurélie shares her knowledge, you will get a better grasp at the environment in which Aurélie cares for her vines on a daily basis. You will get more familiar with the word “biodiversity” and its meaning as well as the many nuances between organic and biodynamic agriculture. You will see a perfect example of an agroforestry model. Thanks to her professional experiences as an oenologist and an agronomist, she will have all the answers to your questions.

Later on, we will pursue in the cellar. There, you will discover how Aurélie makes her wine (how she transforms grapes into wine) and how she ages her wine into different containers (amphoras and oak barrels) all the way to the bottling process.

We will end this visit by tasting 3 wines: two reds and one white along with our two new spirits (a red vermouth and a brandy) depending on which tariff you chose.
